Katy Percella." Stellar, kid-friendly service from the moment we walked in. The receptionist offered my little one a balloon to allay her fears and talked to her with a ton of empathy. There are iPads and toys in the waiting room to keep kids entertained. We didnt wait more than 5 minutes to get our visit started. Alex was so incredibly friendly and got my little one to relax. She used lots of cartoon references and kid humor to get my little one to relax."
